Automatic band saw with CNC control system. All working movements of the saw arm, vice and material feeders are controlled by the hydraulic unit. The arm of the saw is pressed by a double acting hydraulic cylinder. The speed of the working movement and the cutting force are regulated. Both the length and the number of pieces are entered from the control panel. The machine selects the number of submissions and performs the necessary calculations. The system allows you to enter 9 programs for quick adjustment of lengths or a variant of automatic dimension change for dividing several cuts from one bar. The saw allows you to choose between automatic and semi-automatic mode where all movements are controlled independently. Possibility of angular cuts.
